Lonestar is a neighborhood in Southtown just south of Lavaca and King William. It’s an area that has historically had an industrial element to it and many of these spaces have been converted info lofts and restaurants.
The Lonestar Brewery is a huge complex that backs up to the San Antonio River that has had numerous developers work on plans for an adaptive re-use. When this happens it will serve as yet another catalyst for development in the area.
