With a population of 9,307, Lonestar offers a homely sense of community without being too populated as to rob it off of its serene, peaceful quality. The Lofts are close to the famed Blue Star Brewery which spots a wonderful restaurant/brewery that has been brewing amazing, local beer since 1996. That same building also hosts Halcyon, one of the most popular coffee shop’s in all of San Antonio.

There are several other benefits of living in Lonestar including having easy access to Mission Reach of San Antonio River, the Roosevelt Park and swimming area, the Bluestar Complex and being close to many amazing restaurants. The piece of  land we are building on, used to be a candy store in the late 1920’s and was closed down sometime during World War 2. The building ended up just turning into rubble and has been vacant land since. We are now set to build two more beautiful homes on one of the most exciting and developed streets in Lonestar!

Most homes in Lonestar have an urban/modern feel that is present throughout downtown and really exemplifies downtown living.
